Artist Leni Schwendinger was commissioned by the Contemporary Museum of Art in Philadelphia to create an installation to coincide with the 100th Anniversary of the University of Pennsylvania. The site is the construction site of the Museum. Scaffolding was erected to suspend "frames." Light and projections illuminated the site and the adjacent buildings. Lander was the assistant lighting designer on this project.
